Shipping:
Once your order, all stock items will be shipped within 24 hours during regular United Parcel Service (UPS) work days which are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All backorders will be shipped complete upon receipt of products.
Duratech Safety Supplies, LLC will ship most of our internet orders via:

Items displaying products names wh ich have "before and after" , are too heavy or large for UPS to handle then you will be provided with the Truck Freight Charges prior to shipping.
Shipping Options:
All our customers have several shipping options to insure that the desired product is received in a timely manner. ALL ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12:00 PM EASTERN TIME TO BE SHIPPED ON THAT DAY. During the completion of your order, several options and their respective charges will be shown. Shipping options include:

UPS Ground Service: 1-5 business days based on distance. Reach every address throughout the 48 contiguous states with state-of-the-art package tracking at no additional charge,

3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days throughout the 48 contiguous states. Electronic package tracking included,

2nd Day Air: An economical choice for priority shipments in the 50 states and Puerto Rico - with guaranteed on time delivery,

2nd Day Air AM: For two day delivery packages that must arrive before noon. Morning delivery is offered to most metro commercial addresses throught the U.S. Electronic package tracking is included,

Next Day Air Saver: When you need a package overnight that doesn't require morning delivery, UPS features next-business-day delivery by 3:00 pm. Electronic package tracking included,

Next Day Air: UPS Next Day Air will guarantee next business day delivery to the 50 states by 10:30 a.m. to 76 percent of the population. Electronic package tracking is included, and

Common Carrier Truck: For Items too large or heavy for UPS - Charges will be agreed upon prior to shipment.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Warranty / Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days to return the product. You must contact us at 877-471-2576 or customerservice@duratechsafety.com for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All returns must folow the following guidelines:
Be return in resalable condition with all original packaging and instructions:
- Original packaging to include all accessories such as chargers, batteries, tools, etc.,

Original and intact UPC barcode,

Do not cut out the UPC code for rebates until you have examined and tested the product

If the UPC code has been removed, then return does not longer qualify,

Manufacturer documentation tom include manuals, warranty information and product registration, etc.,
In addition:
- Customer must pay shipping charges if returning a defective or non-defective product, unless approved by Duratech Safety,
- Good authorized for return for credit on account are subject to restacking fee of 20%,
- If your return qualifies for a replacement, we will cover shipping costs back to you,
- Credit or replacement will be issued once item is inspected and verified by the manufacturer,
- We will credit you within 3-7 days after your return has been received and approved.
- SPECIAL ORDER, CUSTOMED, LOGO'D, OR LIMITED SHELF LIFE PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED. Any stock item ordered in quantities greater than our normal stock levels and/or purchased as a separate order from our manufacturer is considered a SPECIAL ORDER and subject to these terms.
- Manufacturer warranties on products are passed in full to the customer less any shipping/handling charges.
- Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed above, it may be rejected and returned to you.

| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 877-471-2576 or customerservice@duratechsafety.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| When will my order ship? |

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
